Our first event in Vietnam made it onto national television.
VTV3 featured Digital Superpower for SMEs, the masterclass we co-hosted with Hanoi Financial and Banking University (FBU) at their Me Linh campus on 26 June 2026, with GMx and ODI International as sponsors.
The room was full — 100 SME owners, founders, investors and academics, with founders staying on for the investor networking session that closed the day. Among the guests was a representative from Vietnam's Ministry of Finance, alongside voices from industry and academia.
The day centred on one idea: AI doesn't just make SMEs more efficient — it makes them investable. Instead of another talk about "adopting AI," our co-founder Wayne Fun walked the room through the SME Superpower Framework: structure your data, sharpen your story, and give investors a business they can actually read.
Having VTV3 pick up the story told us something we suspected walking in — the appetite for this conversation in Vietnam is real. Hanoi was our first step. We plan to bring the programme to more of Vietnam and across the region, together with universities, industry associations and ecosystem partners.
